The standard box container with 8'6" high, also known as
general
purpose, dry container or dry van is what we call "GP", "DC"
or "DV".
This container type has double wing doors swinging 270
degrees when
fully opened to allow the use of the whole container
diameter during
loading and unloading processes.
The door tubes are fitted with robust revolving locking
devices to be
easily locked by a padlock. Alternatively a so called anti
theft lock can
be installed.
