26.1 Heaviness is the root of lightness.
Silence is the ruler of rashness.
26.2.1 That is why the gentlemen (may) travel all day,
(but will) not part from (travelling in) curtained carriage (and with) heavy (supplies).
26.2.2 Although having a glorious appearance,
(he) remains comfortably detached.
26.2.3 What to do (if being) the emperor - lord of ten thousand chariots,
yet by (tiring his) body, (he) slights the world.
26.3 (Take things) lightly, then (you will) lose (your) root.
(Take things) in rash, then (you will) err in (your) rulership.
