gaining Tao (and) so (the totality of the mind body co-ordination

(then) returns back to (awareness of)
simplicity. |

Know the white (and the right), (and) keep
to the black, to be the model of the world. |
| 28.3.2 |
Being the model of the world, always (be)
gaining Tao (and) not (making) mistake, |

(then) returns back to
unboundedness. |
| 28.4.1 |
(When) simplicity breaks up (its symmetry), then
(it) becomes (various) forms. |
| 28.4.2 |
The sage uses this (simplicity), to be the
leading (principle) of (his) governing of the
people. |

So
the great system is not exploiting and
harming. |
