37.1 Tao is always letting go.
37.2.1 If kings and lords can abide to this,
(then) all things will naturally evolve.
37.2.2 When evolving, (they) desire to act,
(then) I should put it down with the nameless simplicity.
37.2.x {(Having) the nameless simplicity,}
37.2.3 (And) then (they) will be contented.
37.3 Knowing enough as well as (knowing) silence,
(then) all things will settle down by themselves.
