59.1.1 (In) governing people (and) serving heaven,
(there is) nothing like husbandry.
59.1.2 (As) only with husbandry,
this is why (one gets up) early.
59.1.3 This is why (one) early obeys (Tao).
59.2.1 Early obeying (Tao) is called emphasis on accumulating merit.
59.2.2 (With) emphasis on accumulating merit,
then (there is) nothing (you are) not competent.
(When there is) nothing (you are) not competent,
then (you) know no limit?
59.2.3 Knowing no limit, (then you) can have a country.
(Being) the mother having a country, (then you) can be long lasting.
59.3.1 This is called rootedness,
59.3.2 (which is) the way to long-living and lasting vision.
