63.1.1 Act (by) letting go.
(Attend to) office duties (with) noninterference.
Taste no flavour.
63.1.2 (Whether) big (or) small (things), many (or) few.
63.1.x {Reward resentment with virtue.}
63.1.3 Contrive difficulties while they are easy.
Deal with big (things) at their small (parts).
63.2.1 Difficult things in the world certainly arise from (being) easy.
Big things in the world certainly arise from (being) small.
63.2.2 This is why the sage never deals with the big,
63.2.3 so (he) can achieve the big.
63.3.1 Oh! Promise (made) lightly certainly lacks sincerity.
Only easy certainly (turns out into) only difficulty.
63.3.2 This is why the sage (always) hesitates (and) feels it difficult.
63.3.3 So after all (there is) no difficulty.
