80.1 (For) a small country (with) few people:
80.1.1 Let there be tens and hundreds of implements, but (make the people) not to use (it).
Let the people mind dying and don't move afar.
80.1.2 Even though having boats and carriages, don't ride (and travel) in them.
Even though having armors and weapons, don't display them (for war).
80.1.3 Let the people return to tying knots on cords and use them (as record keeping and writings).
80.2.1 Enjoy their food,
(and) beautify their dresses.
80.2.2 Be happy (with) the (local) culture,
(and) be settled in where they live.
80.3.1 (Even though) neighboring countries (can) see each other,
80.3.2 (and) sound of (their) dogs (and) chickens (can be) heard by each other,
80.3.3 till old (and) die, (their) people do not visit each other.
