Marcus Hungary For Premiership Start

Marcus Allback is hoping last nightˇ¦s European Championship double will be enough to secure a place in Villaˇ¦s starting line-up against Arsenal on Saturday.

And the Swedish international ace, who scored twice in the 2-1 win against Hungary (click here), has vowed to grab his chance if he gets the nod against The Gunners.

Allback, who has now scored 13 goals in 29 international appearances, is bidding for a first Premiership start since the trip to West Brom in November.

But he returns to Villa on a high after last nightˇ¦s heroics and commented: "It will be quite easy to return to training with Aston Villa and hopefully these two goals have impressed the manager.

"I have no idea whether I will play on Saturday. I always do my best on the training ground and I will take the chance if the manager gives it to me, just like I did against Hungary." 1
