The Swedish hit-man had been sick with fever this week and was considered a doubt for the second clash of the season against The Gers.
However, Larsson is confident that will be available to Martin O'Neill's side for the crucial match, with The Bhoys just a point ahead of their rivals at the top of the Scottish Premier League.
Larsson told Expressen: "I have no fever anymore. I believe I will get healthy on time."
The SPL's top goal-scorer - with 19 goals so far this season - is happy to be finding the net but stressed that results are what matter.
Larsson added: "I am pleased with my scoring but the top scorer chart is still just a side effect.
"The most important is to win titles."
The former Swedish international admitted his frustration at defending the quality of the Scottish game.
Larsson said: "If it's that easy to score goals, why aren't all goal-getters scoring as many goals?"
