Allback Told: Your Chance Will Come

Swedish international striker Marcus Allback has been urged to .keep up the good work・ in training as he bids to force his way back into the Villa starting 11.

Allback was a late substitute in last night・s Worthington Cup win at Oxford. But he has been restricted to just two Premiership starts since his summer arrival from Heerenveen.

Graham Taylor is still searching for the right combination up-front as Villa・s strikers continue to struggle in front of goal. And assistant boss John Deehan is convinced Allback will get the chance to shine.

He said :I・m sure the manager will find a time and a space for him. We have six senior strikers at this club at the moment.

:I・m sure that come the end of the season everything will even itself out and Marcus Allback will have had his share of games and will have scored the appropriate goals to go with that.

:He・s training particularly well, he・s got a fantastic approach to the game. His attitude has been spot-on when he hasn・t been in the team and I・m sure his opportunity will come soon enough.

:All he has to do is keep working away in training to impress the manager. That・s all any player can do when he・s out of the side.; 1
