No Hassel For Mellberg

Olof Mellberg aims to frustrate Chelsea dangerman Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink tomorrow, but admits: ˇ§Iˇ¦ll have to be on my guard for 90 minutes.ˇ¨

The Swedish international ace is a big Hasselbaink fan and knows one moment of magic from the Dutch striker could be enough to sink Villa.

But Graham Taylorˇ¦s most consistent defender is determined to be ready for anything against Claudio Ranieriˇ¦s in-form side.

He commented: "You've got players like Thierry Henry who are fantastic all the time but with Hasselbaink it is difficult because he can do nothing for 89 minutes and you have him under control all of the time and then he pops up and scores a goal.

"His strength is that he can score goals with both his left and his right feet and he's dangerous in front of goal. That's why he's such a good striker as he's shown both here and in Spain." 1
