The Swedish international has been working hard to force his way into The Tofees' starting line-up but has been hit with a new setback. 

 "I was trying to stretch for the ball, suddenly the hamstring went," Linderoth told Expressen.

"It feels real tough right now, especially since I had been working to get back to the bench for the matches during Christmas."

"Maybe, that was the problem, you were too hot to get back as quick as possible.

"I have got treatment today, they say this hamstring is smaller than the past one. I have absolutely no problems to walk.

"It's quite painless. But I can certainly not give 100 percent in practice without it hurting. The doctor will do another examination tomorrow."
