Larsson Unaware of Italian Interest

CELTIC'S Swedish striker Henrik Larsson has revealed he is unaware of any reported interested from Italian outfit Reggina.

The former Swedish international, who is reportedly keen to end his career in England, had been linked with an unlikely move to the Serie A club.

Larsson netted his 27th goal in European football on Thursday against Celta Vigo, and has already revealed he will leave Celtic Park when his contract expires at the end of next season.

"I don't know anything about the Reggina interest, but I am happy where I am anyway," said Larsson to the Sportbladet.

The former Feyenoord hit-man was particularly pleased with his winner in the Uefa Cup against The Spaniards, as it gives The Bhoys an excellent chance to progress.

"We have given ourselves the chance now by not conceding a goal," added Larsson. " John Hartson nodded it and I pushed it home. That was nice." 1
