Episode 26- Night of the Star-Watching Festival

- At the festival, Miaka, Nuriko, and Tasuki have lots of fun while Tama is back at the palace thinking about Miaka. Tasuki comments on how he has been pouting lately...Miaka is choking as they are talking about it. (not really choking to death or anything, just a little mechanism to show that she's uncomfortable)

- Miaka goes off by herself on to a bridge to throw some flowers into the water for Amiboshi, and Tama comes asking for a talk with her. Tama figures that Taii must have put her up breaking up with him, so she tells him the whole story. Taii says that she can't love Tama until Suzaku is called.....the Miko must be a virgin and cannot cross the line between seishi and Miko. Angry, Tama stats runs away, but his mood changes to a sort of happiness and says that when it's all over he will make her the happiest bride.

- Next morning, the gangs gets ready for the journey. There's a very funny skit with Tama teasing Tasuki about how he can't swim.

- Miaka is packing her backpack andt thinks about her studies. There is a "daydream" sequence with Miaka and her mother......who tells her that getting into high school is a fight to the finish. Miaka gets mad and wonders why her and Yui have to fight.

- In Kutou, the Emperor, with these cheap women all over him, gives Nak premission to go get the Shinzaho. Nak walks out and finds Suboshi trying to escape. He wants revenge for his brother's death. Nak says that he understands his feelings. Yui come along says that Miaka would never oppose her....but Nak tell her that's not true.

- Tasuki, hanging on a guards leg in front of Miaka and Tama, refuses to swim. He teases Tama about being dumped. LOL!!! Miaka snaps a picture of everyone and Miaka and Tama find themselves very close and pull away, almost forgetting they can't touch each other in a loving way. They take a group shot....very kawaii!

- Hotohori tells Tamahome that his family can stay in a house that he will prepare for them, and an estatic Tama goes, with Miaka, to tell them the good news. On the way Nuriko appears, scaring them no less, and comes along.

- They get to Tama's house, open the door, and see a horrible site...
