Episode 32- Killed in Pursuit of Being a Suzaku Seishi

- Ashitare attacks, but Nuriko saves the day, but gets wounded. He burns Ashitare's eye with a flare and the beast runs away.

- Tama and Yui argue some more and he demands to know what that whole "book" comment meant. He tells her it's not too late for her to come back to Miaka....but Suboshi arrives and Tama runs away. Yui and Suboshi go back to Nakago at their camp.

- Miaka thanks Nuriko again. He says that he has put aside his sister's death for Miaka. Miaka wants to know why for her......but Nuriko won't tell her and it's better that she never knows. Then he fantasizes about Hotohori.....

- Tama arrives, thinking about what Yui meant by being a person from a book. He tells them about the Shinzaho and now they need to find Tasuki and the others.

- Ashitare is whipped for not killing Miaka.

- Now in someone's house, Tama and Miaka eat. They have a weird moment and Tama asks how she got to this world......but then gets up and leaves. Nuriko and Miaka are clueless.

- Yui and Suboshi arrive at the camp. Yui is determinded to get the Shinzaho, despite Tama's advice.

- Tama and Nuriko talk at a bar. Nuriko tries to get Tama to tell him what is bothering him.....but the subjects changes to Nuriko. Nuriko reveals to Tamahome that he is becoming more of a man day by day.....and that he has fallen in love with Miaka. But not to worry cause he wants Tama and her to be together. Miaka hears all of this and says to herself that she will never forget Nuriko's feelings.

- Next day, Nuriko goes to Mt. Black by himself to get the Shinzaho while Tama and Miaka go to find the rest of the seishi.

- Ashitare pursues Nuriko on the way to Mt. Black.

- Tama tells Miaka that he talked to Yui.

- Nuriko arrives at Mt. Black and is about to remove a boulder that is blocking the entrance to the Shinzaho......when Ashitare attacks.

- Nuriko gets ready to fight.
