Episode 37- The Contentment of Being Dazzled

-Keisuke and Tetsuya go to Tokyo Station.

-Miaka weeps and says she is sorry for betraying Tamahome. He comforts her and says that she is beautiful (a bit of nudity here kiddies^^). Miaka thinks to herself that this is all so hard for her...

-During the night, Miaka runs away feeling she is not worthy of Tama anymore.

-Tamahome wakes up and realizes she is gone.

-Miaka falls into a hole, hurting her leg. Suddenly, "Suboshi" appears before her, takes out a sword, and throws it at a giant weasel that would have attack Miaka is she moved. Miaka is all confused as to why "Suboshi" is helping her, and she passes out.

-Back at the Seiryuu camp, we see the nasty wound that Tamahome gave Nak. Yui insists that they stick around until he gets better. Suboshi wonders who could have given him that wound, but that it serves him right :)

-Tama wanders around looking for Miaka. He gets really mad cause all his loved ones are being taken from him (Nuriko, his family...). Tama-neko, whose been following him, does a little impersonation of Miaka....which doesn't sit well with Tama. Tomo is watching all this from above.

-Miaka has a nightmare about Nak, and wakes up at "Suboshi's" house. Still confused, Miaka asks if he is "Suboshi"...but his parents come in at the same time happy to see Miaka conscious. Miaka has forgotten about all her pain (physical that is) due to the Bohkyaku weed she was given. This drug is dangerous if taken in a large dosage. "Suboshi's" parents keep calling him Kaika and they ask him to play his flute for Miaka. He obliges happily and when he takes out his flute Miaka is stunned. He is Amiboshi!! She wonders if he has amnesia...

-Nakago tells Tomo about how he didn't have sex with Miaka. When he attempted to, the red light of Suzaku emitted from her body and Nak wasn't able to lay a hand on her. But he is not worried cause Miaka thinks that she was raped....as does Yui....and that is as good as REALLY raping her. Tomo says to leave Miaka to him, but he wants to torture Tamahome first, using Soi's help.

-Miaka and Kaika's family are eating dinner. (Miaka is a pig as usual) Kaika's parents ask if Miaka was in the middle of a trip of something, and this makes Miaka get a sad look on her face. Kaika's father says that she could stay with them and become Kaika's wife!! Miaka thinks about Tamahome and the tears start rolling. Kaika picks up Miaka and takes her outside for fresh air. He apologizes for the whole "wife" thing and she just starts chewing out about losing everything she loves and how he caused her pain in the past but doesn't remember. But she stops and apologizes by saying that she shouldn't be yelling at him cause he isn't Amiboshi. Kaika starts playing his flute for her.

-Now in a big house, Tasuki is getting happily drunk, Chiriko and Mits are doing some research, and Chichiri is worried cause he has been trying to send a report to Hotohori but something is blocking his spells. Tasuki, COMPLETELY drunk, starts dancing around with 2 bowls...kawaii! In the distance, Soi and Tomo are observing them. Tomo explains that the Sairou they are in is an illusion....they will eventually dehydrate and die in the desert. He also tells Soi that she has to perform her sex technique to drain Tamahome's powers....

-Miaka, back at Kaika's house, is given some soup by Kaika's mother. She drinks it and passes out. Turns out that there was a huge dosage of Bohkyaku weed in the soup. Kaika's mother didn't intend to hurt Miaka, she just wanted her to forget about Kaika's past so that he wouldn't leave if she told him. Kaika forgives her and his parents leave the room.

-Tamahome is walking along and sees Miaka! He embraces her and they kiss. (it's really Soi dressed as Miaka, but Soi drugs him in their kiss so that Tama will see Miaka when he looks at her)

-Kaika takes off his clothes, (not all of them, he still has pants on), gets on top of Miaka and gives him some of his "ki" through his mouth. (they don't kiss, he's just really close to her) Miaka wakes up.

-Keisuke and Tetsuya buy 2 tickets for Morioka. Keisuke tells a confused Tetsuya that they are going to Okuda Takiko's house, the original owner of the "TUOFG".

-Kaika, now just lying on Miaka, asks if she will stay with him forever....
