How avoid buying T66 & T600 with "Sleep problem"?

If you have no idea what is the "Sleeping Problem" of T66 and T600, please see my last post " My little "sleeping" beauty - Ericsson T66" or use www.google.com to search something about the "T600 and Sleeping"!

I am sorry, as long as I know, in Hong Kong, most T66 is suffered from "sleeping problem" ! The Ericsson service center is now replacing T66 users with new the SE T600!

SE T600

OK, if SE is replacing the T66 with T600, does it means that the T600 is OK? The answer is NO! Most of the T600 is also suffered from the 'sleeping proble" except the new ones!

SE have replaced the new T600 to 3 of us. 2 of them are free from "sleeping problem". Check the following information before you are buying T600:

1. Software version: R3A or above (use >*<<*<* to enter the secret menu and check the software version)
   
   AND
   
   
2. Manufacturing Date: 02W46 or later (02W46 = year 2002 and week 46)

Only T600 that with software version R3A AND manufacturing date later than 02W46 could be free of "sleeping problem"!
