In this stage, you will wonder how you can choose the most suitable sport for you and your family. Before you choose a sport, you need to know more about the sport. You can choose a right sport according to the following points:
1. Interest
We need regular exercise, so if we find a sport which we are interested in, we can take this sport continuously.
2. Health condition
Some violent sports cannot be played if an individual has heart disease, e.g. weight lifting, boxing. So, understanding our own health condition clearly is very important before choosing a sport. Consult a doctor if necessary.
3. How much leisure time
If we have more leisure time, we can do some time-consuming activities, e.g. hiking. If we haven't much leisure time, we can do some sports which can be played at home. Then we needn't waste time in transportation.
