Introduction:

Dancing is one of indoor sports.  There are many different kinds of dance.  Dancing has many benefits.  It is good for all ages of people.

Benefits of Dancing:

  • Increase bone density, thus reducing the risk of osteoporosis.

  • Improve cardiopulmonary functions and circulation.

  • Lesser risk of coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes or carcinoma of large intestine.

  • Improve joints' agility and suppleness, thus reducing the risk of sprain.

  • Burn calories to maintain healthy body weight.

  • Dance in music helps to relieve pressure and promote physical and mental health.

  • Dance with family members can strengthen family relationships.
