all ages can do it!" This is a slogan announced by
our government. Sports are so important to everyone, including children, adults and
the elderly.
In fact, everyone needs to take some exercises. Sports and exercises can help us to
keep fit and healthy. Doing more exercises can prevent and cure diseases. Peoples who participate in sports have higher levels of confidence, stronger
self-images and lower levels of depression. There are many advantages in playing sports.
As we are very busy to earn our living in Hong Kong, many people said that they haven't time to
take exercises and play sports. However, physicians found that we do need to play sports and do exercises
at least twice a week, half an hour if we can. If we want to have a good shape of our
figures, besides low-fat, balanced nutrition, we need to play sports and take exercises.
There are many kinds of sports, such as playing ball games (football, basketball,
tennis...), gym, running, skipping, dancing, yoga, Tai Chi, swimming, horsing, etc....
We can play sports with our friends, our family, or we can take exercises ourselves.
Some sports must be played outdoors, but some sports can be played indoors, even at home. The links of
