Sports At Home

Living in Hong Kong, everyone is very busy. So we can't always have time to go out to take some exercises and play some sports. Actually, besides indoor sports and outdoor sports, we can play some sports at home. The phase "at home" here means just a small place, even at home. Below are three sports which can be played at home:

Skipping

Introduction:

Skipping is a sport which is suitable for everyone, boys and girls, the young and the old, beginners and experts.  Skipping will help improve cardio-respiratory fitness.  It is a good way to keep fit.  We can enjoy this sport ourselves or with our family, and our friends.  If we want to increase interests, we can play with our styles.  So, we can say this is a creatively sport.

Equipment and other:

     a rope and a good pair of sport shoes.

Yoga

Introduction:

Yoga is a good sport for keeping our body fit. It is an approach to health. It aims to help all our body's components to work together in harmony. It restructures and harmonizes the muscular-skeletal system and function of the internal organs respectively. It is suitable for all ages.
