Matrices 15, Wild West 30 Matrices, catastrophic shooting resulted in second straight loss The Matrices should pray that Game 5 is the worst they will ever see. Worse than horrible shooting haunted the Matrices as they were man-handled by the Unlimited, 15:30. The Matrices shot a disastrous 12.2% (5/41) and had a zero-point second quarter. The score was one of the worst outing in team history. Only two players were able to make field goals, with Gabriel shooting 4/14 (28.57%) and Rex Yiu shooting 1/8 (12.5%). Aggravating the situation was the number of turnovers. The Matrices recorded 16 turnovers, mostly resulted from reckless passing. "I was just plain pissed at ourselves. We don't blame nobody for the loss. I'm just mad at ourselves. We sucked today," Gabriel exclaimed. The Unlimited led the entire game and played a 9:0 second quarter to blow the Matrices away. They did not shoot particularly well either but they were able to take advantage of the Matrices' turnovers to come up with points. "No comment! I don't want to say anything. I'm very frustrated," said Justin. "Mark my words! We are going to win game 6. No doubt!" promised Gabriel.
