What he thinks of himself:
Very difficult to understand! My good point is that once I decide to do something, I'll make it the best of it. This goes for my driver's license as well. I made it on the first round.

What Sho thinks of him:
I don't know him before the formation of Arashi. When he was still in Jr, he was called, "Super idol Aiba” So I thought he is weak, but he is actually quite tough. When we were having 3-4 hours rehearsing sessions for our concert, Aiba dislike those that give up in between. Also, in Gakibara, he kept targeting at me. He's being mean!!

What Nino thinks of him:
Recently, Aiba eats a lot. He had a bento, but he also takes food from other's bento as well! He also ate all the snacks in the recording studio. He only said, “I can't stop...". He should be careful...or else he will become fat. He often dances the wrong steps, but he learns from his mistakes.

What Jun thinks of him:
I don't know when Aiba became a comedian. Previously, he joked around with a girl while making a film and ended up making her cry. But when that actress said, “I don't mind anymore" he would say "I didn't mind as well.. but you should've had mind it" This is what I like in Aiba.

What Ohno thinks of him:
He is the ambitious type. Without noticing he would work hard. In our concert, he would make the fans really happy. He would surprise the fans with his musical instrument so that they would think, "Aiba playing that instrument? no way!!" Also, Aiba is way too thin. He should eat more meat products. Also, please don't say, "Oh I'm too fat" in front of me!
