Copyright is the automatic
right given to the owner of an original artwork.Only the copyright
owner can legally reproduce,sell or distribute the copyrighted
materials.According to the
Copyright Ordinance,it is legal for the program owner to make only his backup
copies of that
program.The Customs and Exercise Department is responsible for the enforcement
of the Ordinance.
